Terms & Conditions

By using this site or booking a shipment with Ace Veteran Transport LLC, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.
Who We Are
Ace Veteran Transport LLC provides vehicle transport as a carrier and, when needed, through vetted partners for specialty moves such as enclosed service. These terms apply to both.
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are based on the details you provide, route, access, timing, and current market conditions. Final price may change if facts differ at pickup or delivery. Any change is communicated before the vehicle moves.
Scheduling and Access
Pickup and delivery occur at curbside or the closest safe location that the truck can reach. You are responsible for gate codes, permits, HOA instructions, and clearance for streets, trees, and turns. If access is not ready, a dry run or wait fee may apply.
Windows and Timing
We provide estimated windows for pickup and delivery. Traffic, weather, road closures, and site delays can affect timing. Windows are estimates, not guarantees.
Vehicle Condition
Vehicles must roll, steer, and brake unless booked as inoperable. Disclosed issues help us assign the right equipment. We may refuse unsafe loads.
Inoperable Vehicles
Winch assist and wheel skates are used when a vehicle will not start or move under its own power. Extra time, equipment, and fees may apply.
Keys and Security
Provide a full set of keys and disable alarms or immobilizers before pickup. You are responsible for removing toll tags and parking passes.
Personal Items
Do not place personal items in the vehicle. Items left inside travel at the owner’s risk and may affect coverage. Hazardous materials, firearms, and contraband are not allowed.
EV Handling
For electric vehicles, supply the key card or fob and charge level access. We record battery state at pickup and delivery. Range loss during transit may occur and is not damage.
Paperwork and Documentation
We prepare and manage the bill of lading, record VIN and mileage at pickup, and capture signatures at each step. Photos at pickup and delivery are added to the file.
Insurance and Liability
Motor truck cargo coverage applies while the vehicle is in our care, custody, and control. Limits are shown on the certificate of insurance available on request. Coverage excludes pre existing damage, mechanical failure, wear and tear, glass pitting, prior leaks, and acts of God. Liability is limited to the lesser of repair cost, fair market value, or policy limits. We are not liable for incidental or consequential losses.
Claims
Inspect the vehicle at delivery. Note any transport related damage on the bill of lading before signing and notify us in writing within twenty four hours with photos. Unnoted issues after release may be denied. We may request estimates or inspections before settlement.
Wait Time, Dry Runs, and Storage
A grace period is included at each stop. Additional wait time, vehicle unavailability, incorrect addresses, or access issues can trigger fees. Storage and release fees charged by third parties are the customer’s responsibility.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel without fee up to twenty four hours before the pickup window. Cancellations inside twenty four hours or after dispatch may incur a fee. Rescheduling is subject to driver availability and updated pricing.
Payment Terms
Payment methods are listed on the invoice. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due at delivery. Late payments may incur a fee. Chargebacks without prior notice breach these terms.
Partner Carriers
When a vetted partner performs the move, we coordinate the job and documentation. Partner safety rules and insurance apply during their custody.
Right to Refuse
We may decline service that presents safety, legal, access, or payment risk.
Communications Consent
You agree to receive service related messages by call or text at the number you provide. Standard rates may apply.

Site content is owned by Ace Veteran Transport LLC. You may not copy, republish, or exploit it without written permission. Content is provided for general information and may change.
Privacy
Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy, which explains collection, use, and sharing practices.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. You agree to attempt good faith resolution with us before filing suit.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The posted version is the current version and applies to new orders and site use.
