We receive information directly from you, from your company or seller, from public records that confirm addresses or business details, and from service partners that help deliver your shipment such as carriers, insurance providers, or payment processors.
How We Use Information
We use information to quote, schedule, dispatch, document the move, verify identity and ownership, send updates, issue invoices and receipts, manage claims, improve the site, and satisfy legal, tax, and safety obligations.
Text Messages and Calls
If you provide a phone number, you consent to receive service messages by call or text about quotes, pickup windows, status, and delivery. Standard rates may apply. You can reply STOP to end non essential texts.
Photos and Documentation
We capture photos, signatures, timestamps, VIN and mileage to document pickup and delivery. These records create a clear file for your order, help resolve issues, and may be used for training and quality review with identifiers removed where practical.

Sharing and Disclosure

When a vetted partner performs the transport, we share the details required to complete the job and return documents to your file. During partner custody, their safety rules and insurance apply.

Payments are processed through third party providers. We do not store full card numbers on our systems. Providers may keep limited transaction data for fraud prevention, receipts, and compliance.
Data Retention
We retain records for the time needed to provide service and meet accounting, tax, and insurance requirements. When retention ends, we delete or de identify the data in a reasonable time.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to share only the access details that are required for the job.
Your Choices
